Terms and Conditions

One to One training packages:

Session Details:

Your introductory session includes a free 30 minute opportunity to decide if this training programme is for you. No pressure to continue into further training.

By choosing to go ahead with training you accept these T’s & C’s and your first training session will start immediately after those free 30 minutes.

This means your introductory training session will last approximately 75 - 90 minutes

Subsequent 1-2-1 Sessions last for 60 minutes (face to face) or 45 minutes (over zoom)

For the best results you are encouraged to schedule your follow on session straight after each session. Sessions are usually booked with approximately weekly or biweekly intervals.

Sometimes we might agree to leave it for a few more weeks practice in between training sessions. But whatever interval we have agreed I always include a variety of available dates and time suggestions for your follow up training in your emailed notes. It is important that you book a convenient follow up date no matter how far ahead as my diary can get much busier as each week closes in.

I will not chase clients to book their follow up training. It is your responsibility to book a date into my diary.

Payment Policy:

Payment is due for an agreed package of sessions after the free 30 minutes discovery session.

This means that practically speaking I am operating on “trust” when I conduct the first training session – Payment is due after that introductory session and before our second session.

Payment is for an agreed series of Training sessions.

1-2-1 sessions and packages must be completed within a 6 month period of initial booking. A minimum of 12 hours cancellation notice is required for 1-2-1 training sessions except in the case of extreme emergency. Cancellation with less than 12 hours notice will result in the loss of the session.

Failure to book or rebook appointments is the client’s responsibility.

Agreement:

Faithful Friends Training teaches the owner how to get training results with their dog. It is the owner’s responsibility to put the training into practice in order to see results. Faithful Friends will make every reasonable effort to help owner achieve training and behaviour goals but makes no guarantee of dog’s performance or behaviour.
